Ryan provides the core vision and high standards for the company. With decades of industry experience, he focuses on the big picture and ensures the company stays ahead of the curve in production technology and client service.
The person who makes the plan happen. Tim handles project management and scheduling. He makes sure the right people and the right gear get to the right place at the right time.
The anchor of the business side. While the engineers are in the field, Shan keeps the office running smoothly. She handles the daily administration, client communication, and the essential details that keep our projects on track.
The architect of the sonic environment. Our Lead Audio Engineer is responsible for the complete audio lifecycle of a project—from the initial acoustic modeling of the venue to the final front-of-house mix. By utilizing advanced predictive software and precision tuning, they ensure every seat in the house receives crystal-clear audio, free from echoes, feedback, or dead zones.
The architect of visual precision. Our Graphics Engineer manages the entire video pipeline, from pixel-mapping complex LED surfaces to configuring high-performance media servers. By overseeing the “front-of-house” visual delivery and backstage signal routing, they ensure that every presentation, video playback, and live feed is rendered in native resolution with zero latency. They are the gatekeeper of your brand’s visual integrity on screen.
The lead for visual atmosphere and safety. This role interprets CAD designs to execute the lighting plot, manages the complex electrical and data distribution for the rig, and programs the console to create a seamless “look” for the show.
The gatekeeper of the gear. Andy is responsible for our inventory, making sure every piece of equipment is prepped, tested, and ready for the road.
The essential “boots on the ground.” This role provides the technical assistance and heavy lifting needed to get the engineers’ designs built and broken down efficiently.
Because production is the heartbeat of your event. While standard setups often falter under pressure, a dedicated engineer masters the complex signal routing and high-resolution playback required for a flawless experience. They ensure your media remains crisp, synchronized, and entirely glitch-free, allowing you to focus on your message while they handle the technical precision.
Lighting for modern events involves complex data networking and power distribution. Our Lighting Engineers don't just "turn on lights"—they design stable data architectures (DMX/ArtNet) and electrical plots to ensure your show is both visually stunning and technically safe.
Reliability starts in the shop. Our Warehouse Manager uses a rigorous quality-control process to inspect and test every piece of equipment before it leaves the dock, ensuring our engineers have 100% functional gear the moment they arrive onsite.
Production Support serves as the vital link between plan and execution. They handle the physical integration of our systems, allowing our lead engineers to focus on the technical calibration and fine-tuning required for a perfect show.
